Field Operations Supervisor
Oversee field harvesting crews, manage daily crop screening logs, coordinate with transport dispatchers, and enforce safety and PrimusGFS compliance protocols during harvesting.
Field Transplanting
Conduct incoming watermelon quality inspections, monitor packing line compliance, perform sanitation verification testing, and maintain FSMA Rule 204 critical tracking event data.
Commercial CDL Driver
Operate temperature-controlled logistics fleets, transport harvested melons from South Texas fields to packing houses, and manage retail and wholesale customer shipping.
Warehouse Lead / Dispatcher
Coordinate warehouse logistics, manage daily truck scheduling, track cold storage temperature logs, and orchestrate inbound field deliveries with outbound wholesale distribution.
