Frequently Asked Questions

Can you supply Las Vegas year-round?
Yes. Our five growing regions rotate through the calendar, with Southern Mexico carrying September through March. Foodservice programs that cannot pause get the same availability in January that they get in July.
Do you supply wholesale bulk as well as retail packaging?
Yes. We supply wholesale bulk for repackers, commissaries and foodservice, and retail packaging for grocery programs. Tell us how the load needs to arrive and we will build it that way.
Which food safety certifications do you hold?
We operate under PrimusGFS, GAP and GMP, and we comply with FSMA Rule 204 traceability requirements. We also run our own annual certification process across the growing and packing operation. Ask your account contact for current documentation.
